Speaking and workshops

Agentic AI talks and workshops for leaders.

Bring a real question about AI, leadership or community. I help boards, executive teams and event audiences understand what agentic AI changes, where human judgement matters, and how to take a useful next step.

Agentic AI: from interesting tools to useful work

Agentic AI systems can use tools and carry a task through several steps. For a leader, the useful questions are where that helps, who owns the result, what an agent may access and when a person should intervene.

A session can work through a real workflow: choose a bounded task, define what success looks like, decide what evidence to keep and make the human review explicit. The aim is a practical basis for decisions about adoption, rather than a list of tools to buy.

AI governance and judgement for boards

What should the board ask before approving an AI pilot? How do cost, data access, accountability and operational resilience fit together? These conversations use concrete operating questions to make governance easier to examine.

For a team that needs to work on its own live decision in depth, the advisory route is a useful place to start.

Community building and learning with peers

Good communities give people a reason to return and a setting in which they can challenge and learn from one another. A leadership session can explore trust, participation, facilitation and the difference between collecting contacts and building a continuing peer group.

AI can help with preparation, memory and follow-through. The design question is which work it should carry around the conversation, and which thinking people need to do together.

Experience behind the conversation

My work spans applied AI, boards and operations, CEO CF community work, teaching at the University of Exeter Business School and leadership dialogue at St George's House. My public writing explains the ideas and practical experiments behind these sessions.

I am based in London. Include the proposed date, location or online format, audience and subject when you get in touch, so we can establish the right fit and availability.
